What is a Life Group?
Life Groups are small groups that meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday nights in host homes for the purpose of building relationships, biblical discussion, and prayer. Groups are available for adults of all ages, stages of life, and spiritual maturity, and they are generally organized by age and geographical location.
How are groups structured?
Life Groups are comprised of the same group of couples or individuals who meet consistently over an 18-month period of time. Since people are encouraged not to group-hop, this allows the group to go beyond surface relationships to develop intimate relationships with other believers.
Why should someone be a part of a Life Group?
Life Groups allow believers to grow closer to one another. By developing friendships with others at COTR, group members will begin to strengthen one another in their relationship with God. Hence, participating in Life Groups not only unites people together but also fosters spiritual growth.
